Happiness

Some people get frustrated by others not listening to them or validate them. They tend to keep the feeling inside and get depressed after a while. and bring unhappiness to them, think unhappy feelings, unhappy thoughts. Think that "no one is listening to me", "no one cares about what I say or think".

A message for all the nice people out there who keep their feelings inside. You need to: - Talk your mind - Express yourself - Find your Voice
- Forget about the past, start today by Feeding Your Mind with Positive Words
Yes, "I can do it", "I am good", "I feel fine", "It is their problem, not mine" 

Validate your inner voice:
 - "I am worthy", "I don't dare to abuse myself with negative words", "I never bring myself down". "I matter"

















Design your Dream Life/ Happiness

She came to visit asking for help. I want to be happy. I want to be able to laugh out loud from the bottom of my heart. I see people laughing and I just dream about it. When? When will it happen?

and what is happiness? Happiness is a mental state of well-being characterized by positive emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

Why some people are happier than others? Is it in their genes? Do they think or eat differently? What is the answer and how you can reach the statement of happiness?

The answer is here and right now. You can start being happy and learn to deal with sadness and return to happiness again.

- everyone is different and deal with problems differently
- some are more fragile than others, they tend to take life problems too seriously, and some don't know how to deal with the problems they face
- being able to find solutions and turn the obstacles around and move toward a better desired situation in life is one of the trade happy people carry with them.
- there are also physical elements influencing people to get sad feelings, among them are hormone imbalances, too much caffeine, too much fat or sugar in your diet, not enough sleep, or depression. So, please consult your doctor. There is a way and yes, there is happiness waiting for you.

1st. Positive mental attitude. You have to believe that you can be happy. Picture yourself laughing. Practice laughing. Watch comedy shows, movies, read comedy materials.

2nd. Take any negative things that come your way and turn it around to your advantage. Be creative and laugh out loud at the situation. Think of it as a great puzzle that you can solve and be proud of it at the end.

3rd. Seek help if it is too much for you. Books, Internet, Counselors, Life Coaches, and positive people.

4th. Find a hobby to make your soul happy.

5th. Listen to others well, help those who ask for it, volunteer your time to the causes you believe in.

6th. Go outside, use a fresh air, walk, swim, run.

7th. call a friend and chat silly talks,

8th. Give yourself a makeover.

9th. Always stay on top of the matter, repeat these things and adopt it as part of you.

Remember, sadness is part of life, too. Accept all part of you and your life and work everyday to make it better. Write your dreams down and work toward it. Picture your desired life and all will be there for you.
